At all price points, the available real estate in the Southeast Charlotte NC region exceeds the rate of successful real estate sales, meaning real estate inventory in Southeast Charlotte NC remains elevated.

The highest levels of activity are focused on the lower price ranges for real estate in Southeast Charlotte NC. Over the $400,000 mark the real estate market conditions cool considerably and inventory levels increase due to extremely slow absorption of Southeast Charlotte NC real estate in the higher price points.
