   As of January 29, 2010 there are 43 available Madison Park real estate listings ranging in price from $72,500 to $309,900.

   The average list price for available Madison Park homes for sale in Charlotte NC is currently $229,790.

   The overall supply of homes for sale in the Madison Park neighborhood is at an 8.6 month supply and remains essentially unchanged from an 8.7 month supply at the end of December 2009.

     Over $250,000 the available Madison Park real estate listings are double the amount of recently sold homes.   The majority of recent real estate sales activity has been below that $250,000 threshold.

    The lack of any under contract activity Below $200,000 and Over $300,000 indicates the pace of successfully sold homes in Madison Park will be declining in the short term for those price points.
