As of July 31, 2009 there are 41 available homes for sale in the Madison Park neighborhood in south Charlotte NC and 6 Madison Park real estate listings currently under contract. Charlotte NC Sellers, Raise Your Asking Prices!!!
July 28, 2009
The S&P/Case-Shiller index said Charlotte NC’s home prices rose 0.9% from April to May of 2009, so that must mean it’s time for Charlotte NC sellers to go ahead and raise those list prices, how exciting! WRONG. The S&P/Case-Shiller report is an indicator, and only a month-month indicator at that. Sure it can pick up on changes in where the majority of activity is but it will never (and I can’t say that enough) never impact, report on or influence the realistic... Read more →

In the Olde Providence neighborhood in Charlotte NC there are currently 7 available Olde Providence homes for sale, ranging in price from $199,999-$385,000. The real estate market in the Olde Providence neighborhood for July 2009 is interesting because there is currently a complete lack of supply of real estate listings in the $200,000-$249,999 price range. Once you’ve made an offer to buy a Charlotte NC home for sale, the next step is waiting for the sellers response. The sellers of a Charlotte NC home for sale can respond with a “Yes” (accepting your offer as it’s written), “No” (rejecting your offer) or a “Maybe” (changing any of the terms of your offer, even just a date, and counter-offering your initial offer to buy). Receiving a “maybe” response from a home seller leads... Read more →
Beverly Woods Neighborhood Real Estate Market 7.20.09
July 20, 2009
Real estate market activity in the Beverly Woods neighborhood in Charlotte NC is a tale of two price points. Below $300,000 is where the majority of recent successful real estate sales of Beverly Woods real estate listings are located. Above $300,000 - lots and lots of Beverly Woods real estate inventory and minimal demand = an extremely strong buyer favored real estate market. Although there’s been a recent increase in the amount of successfully... Read more →

Actually, it can have a huge impact on what Charlotte NC homes are viable options for a buyer. The one must-ask... Read more →

Cameron Wood Neighborhood Real Estate Market 7.3.09
July 3, 2009
As of early July 2009 there’s a very clear tipping point when it comes to real estate supply and inventory in the Cameron Wood neighborhood in Charlotte NC. The amount of real estate inventory is based on how quickly (or slowly) available Cameron Wood homes for sale are being successfully sold.
