Dual Agency Is A Can Of Worms!!!

In NC, real estate agents can work exclusively for a buyer, for a seller, or they can represent both buyer and seller at the same time which is called dual agency. Representing both buyer and seller is a can of worms and can get extremely messy. Equal loyalty to two parties in the same transaction is (in my opinion) impossible. When buying a Charlotte NC home, once you and the seller have agreed on the terms of a contract(and the terms are in writing) most buyers will want to have a home inspection done.
